I am a 2008 veterinary medicine graduate. After graduating as a DVM, I continued in surgical residency and got my DVSc in Small Animal Surgery, in my hometown, Tehran, Iran. I moved to US in 2013 and I joined The Ohio State University for surgical fellowship followed by a post-doctoral on osteoarthritis treatment.
I moved to Northern Virginia and since 2017 I have been enjoying helping animals to live happier as a general practitioner. I am so excited to become a part of GFAH family. Orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries have always been my passion. My other interests are dentistry, internal medicine and pain management.
During my leisure time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my wife and my two buddies; Pepper (3 year old miniature poodle) and Mocha (11 year old Pomeranian). I also love to travel, hike and play volleyball and soccer.
